The Ice Cream Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the ice cream store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to deliver a delightful experience for every guest. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational duties to foster a positive environment and support the store's vision.

Who are we looking for

1. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high performance and positive team morale.Above all, you must have the willingness to learn and take up responsibilities.
2. Ensure all guests receive excellent service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
3. Manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste.
4. Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
5. Stay updated with food safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in hospitality, retail, or management preferred.
2. Previous experience in a retail or food service setting, with supervisory experience.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

1. Assistance Supervisor: Rm2,000/mth onwards (depending on experience)
2. Senior Supervisor: Rm2800/mth onwards (depending on experience)
